All Just Cool Gear in-stock items are processed and shipped upon receipt.  You will receive an email confirming your order and containing shipping tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.  This information can also be accessed under your order history information.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order plus shipping time.  Standard delivery via UPS, depending on your delivery address, is generally 1-6 business days; UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.  Orders shipped via UPS, FedEx and other carriers are delivered Monday-Friday only.  Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air UPS delivery is available at additional cost. Rates are dependent upon weight, size, and destination - email customer service for a price quote. "Day" refers to business day, not necessarily calendar day, not available for Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Transit times may be calculated by visiting http://www.ups.com or http://www.fedex.com/tracking and entering your tracking number provided in your email and/or order history.  Backorder items ship as they become available via same shipping method.  Shipping carriers are determined by the warehouse your order is processed from.

Oversized/Overweight Orders:  Orders deemed too large or too heavy for standard shipping will be subject to shipment via truck.  A customer service representative will contact you with a freight quote at the email you provided.  All truck shipments must gain final customer approval before leaving our facilities.

Direct Shipping:  To expedite your order, we may ship direct from the manufacturer.  If multiple items are ordered, it is possible that you will receive more than one shipment and tracking number.  

International Orders:  Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Incorrect Addresses:  Make sure you enter your correct and complete shipping address, including apartment or suite number, correct zip code, etc. UPS charges $11 for address corrections, including delivery to an address other than your specified order form. If this occurs, you will be billed for the UPS fee incurred plus a $3 billing fee.  We will make every attempt to correct an order but if it has already processed we cannot guarantee you will not be charged.

Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground delivery. UPS often will require a signatured delivery. Do not use P.O. Box address for UPS delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check with local authorities on purchase of articles offered for sale on this website.  Items such as knives, swords, machetes and any other hazardous articles may have different shipping restrictions per state.  Check with the Department of Justice website for further information: http://www.justice.gov/
