Returns & Exchanges (note BulletBlocker below):
We hope that you will be pleased with the items you select. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns on any items in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid. COD’s on return shipments cannot be accepted. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. If the return is due to our mistake, please email CustomerService@Justcoolgear.com and we will email you a UPS Call Tag or further instructions; however, this is at Just Cool Gear's discretion. You will not be charged shipping and processing for the exchanged item(s).
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless you received a shipment sent in error or damaged during transit from Just Cool Gear.
- We will issue you a return label that you can print or depending on the warehouse, issue you a call tag. Items should be in original packaging and in original condition, items must not be worn or laundered.
- Please complete the return form on the original packaging slip.
- Unfortunately, items sold as "final sale" clearance items are not eligible for return. This also includes customized or altered items such as embroiered or engraved.
- If you received an item that was damaged, defective or was sent in error by Just Cool Gear, we will gladly credit you for the returned item upon receipt of the item or send you a replacement with no additional charges. Email us at CustomerService@Justcoolgear.com for return authorization. We will email you a UPS prepaid shipping label or further instructions. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Exchanges that are not the fault of Just Cool Gear will follow standard return policy as stated above, please complete the return form.
- You may take the package to your local USPS for delivery to JCG Returns Department. If you decide to use a different shipping service for returning your item(s), we strongly recommend you obtain tracking information to ensure the delivery of your package.
Lost Packing Slip:
If you've lost your packing slip, simply print one from your order history. Don't forget to include your order number with your return. We recommend insuring your return shipment. We can not issue a credit for items we do not receive.
Wrong Item(s) Shipped or Damaged in Transit:
For fastest service, e-mail us at CustomerService@Justcoolgear.com with the details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.
If item is returned in new condition within 14 days, with your packing slip and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return.
